1. Overview

This policy applies to the NL Chatbot Pro website, checkout, licence services, support channels and product services operated by Nexa Logic Pte. Ltd. It does not replace the privacy notice that each customer must provide to visitors who submit information through the plugin on the customer's own WordPress website.

2. Information we may collect

We may collect account and transaction details such as name, business name, email address, billing records, subscription status, licence key, activated domain, support correspondence, security logs and technical diagnostics. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by us in full.

3. Information processed through the plugin

Lead, booking, CRM, quotation, service, website and team-member information is normally stored in the customer's WordPress database and hosting environment. The customer decides what information to request and is responsible for its notices, lawful basis, retention settings, user access and responses to data-subject requests. Licence validation may transmit limited technical information such as the licence key, site URL, plugin version and licence status to our licence service.

4. Why we use information

We use information to provide trials and subscriptions, activate and protect licences, deliver updates, process payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, investigate faults, meet legal obligations and improve the reliability of the service. We do not sell customer lead data.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We may use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, payments, licence infrastructure, security and support. They receive only information reasonably required for their role and may process it under their own privacy terms. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

6. Cookies and website technology

The website may use strictly necessary first-party cookies for WordPress, WooCommerce checkout, cart, security, consent preferences and session continuity. Optional analytics or marketing technology should remain disabled until the visitor provides the required consent. This theme uses operating-system fonts only and does not request Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts or another remote font service.

7. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including subscription administration, security, dispute handling, accounting and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type. Customers control retention of data stored on their own WordPress installations.

8. Access, correction and choices

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access to or correction of personal data held by us, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or ask questions about our handling practices. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out and may affect our ability to provide a requested service.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards. No internet or storage system is completely secure. Customers must also secure their WordPress site, hosting, administrator accounts, backups, integrations and team access.

10. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside Singapore. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to applicable requirements.

11. Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. Customers should not deliberately collect children's information through the plugin without an appropriate lawful basis and safeguards.

12. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product, provider or legal changes. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.
